Tipsy Tuesday -- Boozy White Hot Chocolate



It might already be May but I'm feeling a little chilly.

Boozy White Chocolate
In a saucepan over low-medium heat, melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of milk, whisking often (about 3 minutes). Once melted, add the rest of the milk Pour a small amount of the hot chocolate into two serving glasses, add 1/2  ounce of Kahlua to each glass. Top off with remaining hot chocolate, stir and then top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
