I always find it strange they start the countdown to the best news story or such of the year at the first week of December. I mean really there is still an entire month of the year left and they completely ignore it. It's as if nothing exciting or particularly newsworthy is supposed to happen during the month of December.
I wish they would stop pushing ahead, it's always RUSH RUSH. I mean honestly this year Halloween wasn't even over before the Christmas stuff hit the store shelves! Back to school was advertised before summer was half-way over and everyone seems to be in such a hurry for the next event that we seem to be ignoring the actual event or day we should be celebrating.
We wish for our weeks to hurry up and turn into weekends forgetting that every day we have something we should be enjoying. Then we wonder why one day we wake up and wonder where the time has all gone.
