Flash Fiction Friday

Welcome to this week’s Flash Fiction Friday. A picture may be worth a thousand words but not for us. We have a picture about which we write a story of 100 words, no more and no less. I am joined by some fabulous writers today who give their take on a picture. To see the picture and the other members click this blog link: Flasher Fiction Friday

Looking at my little brothers holding my daughter made my heart swell. I was reminded of the day my parents had brought two identical infants home. I imagine I was as fascinated as these two now appeared. I’d instantly lost my heart and I could see the same had happened to my siblings. I saw that I was going to have a very spoiled child. But I was fine with it, after all if it wasn’t for the two young men currently holding my daughter I never would have met my husband and experienced the joy I was now feeling.

Oh, Venus, that was so sweet and touching. What a wonderful take on this photo. And the love gets passed along from one generation to the wonderment of another. Delightful:) xo
