I read or heard somewhere that the key to happiness is writing down three things you are grateful for once a week.

So let’s try this.


  1. For not getting something I want; because maybe it was for the best.
  2. For coworkers I can share a laugh with even when things aren’t going well. 
  3. For Knowing I’ve survived every one of my worst days so far.
